Welcome to the POPS website! I am Kim Ingraham, PA-C and I have worked in Pediatric Orthopedics for 12 years at the University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, NY. I graduated from St. Francis University in 1995 and have practiced in orthopedics since graduation. In my daily practice, I am see a variety of conditions, from trauma to scoliosis to club foot and hip dysplasia. The wide variety of conditions is what makes Pediatric Orthopedics so unique and a wonderful, fulfilling job. I have a great practice environment that includes 3 physicians, 2 PAs and 2 NPs.

The POPS Executive Board is happy to announce that in honor of our 10 year anniversary there is a reduced cost for the 2015 IPOS meeting for all allied health professionals by $300.00. Also, to acknowledge our 10 year anniversary and our partnership with POSNA, all POPS members will have access to the IPOS conference website. POPS will have a table at the exhibit hall and there will be several board members onsite. This a great conference for both the very new and the very experienced provider.

We are also very excited to announce that we are offering dual membership with NAPNAP and POPS. New members will receive a 20 percent discount annually. Members will receive full benefits corresponding to their membership category as determined by their professional level when joining. This is a great opportunity for our NPs in that provide pediatric orthopedic care.

The Pediatric Orthopedic Practitioner Society was established in 2005 to provide support and support specialized orthopedic training, continuing education, research collaboration and to provide a forum for mentoring and networking all advanced practice practitioners who provide orthopedic care. Our group continues to grow and our annual conferences provide high quality education. I am already looking forward to our 2016 conference in Indianapolis.

I am excited to serve as president for the upcoming year. Please feel free to contact me or any of the board members at any time.

Kim Ingraham, PA-C
POPS President
